What Your Chin Acne Is Trying To Tell You

Okay from the inside out and today’s video is going to be a follow-up to one that I posted around two years ago at this point where I talked about how to heal your chin acne how to prevent it and we’re going to keep that same energy going in this video.

So I want to break it down even further on some of the things you be doing to clean. your chin acne.

Okay, this is something that I’m passionate about because I suffered from this for a long time.

Okay. I had cystic chin acne know that deep deep acne that takes forever to heal that you can’t cover up even with makeup.

All right, it’s just very painful and honestly, it makes you feel like crap. So I want make sure that in today you leave with  actionable ways.

You can get rid of some of that chin acne.

So first and foremost, I do want to say that the chin area the jawline area of spoken about this a lot and you can See that’s very connected to our hormones.

So that’s kind of going to be the theme of today’s video.

Alright, so the first thing that you’re treating acne trying to tell you is that you are eating too much refined sugar refined carbs.

So the reason why I’m starting with this one is because if you kind of take a look at a lot of hormonal issues and things that are happening with the hormones, you can always trace it back to sugar.

All right, and that is because of its interaction with our insulin hormone.

It is the hormone that Helps guide sugar into our cells to give us energy so when it’s not functioning properly and when we’re eating too much sugar, it almost can’t keep up.

Right and the thing is that this can also affect our sex hormones.

So we want to make sure that we keep that in mind.

I’m not telling you not to eat carbs carbs are really good for us. We just want to make sure that you don’t eat the process once the refined ones.

So think more complex carbs

Okay, so that’s the broccoli cauliflower kale. And the reason why I spoke about this in my eBook The Ultimate guy to preventing acne and clearing your skin.

I’m a link it down below. So the thing about broccoli and cruciferous vegetables that they really helped boost the liver detox enzymes in our bodies.

So what this means is that it really helps us break down hormones in the liver. Okay?

Because the liver is the organ that really helps detoxify our hormones.

It’s the one that stores. Sugar. Okay.

So that’s why we want to make sure that we really treat it right. It’s really the one that helps us remove all the toxins and our bodies.

It’s our main detoxifying organ. So if you ever heard of dim that is basically the compound that is found in cruciferous vegetables.

That’s why it works so well to help clear out a lot of that for monel breakouts that you might get at the time of the month or during ovulation.

This is what really is going to help you clear a lot of those excess hormones in your body.

This brings me to the next one, which is you really have to Port your Livermore and some of the things you could do is to eat more foods that really help the liver.

So like I mentioned broccoli, okay beats dandelion teeth and also being conscious of how much alcohol you’re drinking because it can really slow down the liver and so can sugars.

Do want to make sure that you’re really paying attention to your sugar your alcohol intake. Alright, the next thing you’re not going trying to tell you is that you’re not eating enough fiber fiber is huge.

Okay, so more so the resistance starch so that’s the green bananas. Okay.

That is the beans. So remember how I said that the liver is really the one that’s breaking down the hormones and Gathering toxins so that it’s not in our bloodstream Well, it can’t do its job without the digestive system.

So you want to make sure that we eat fiber so that we can excrete all of that excess hormones the excess toxins because if not, it can get reabsorbed into our bloodstream and it can find its way onto our skin.

Okay, because remember the skin is also a detoxifying organ. But we’re not trying to have none of that. So you want make sure that you eat the fiber? Okay, so that it doesn’t reabsorbed back into the body.

And so that your it can work with the liver to help release all of that. The next one. I’m going say

a lot of people are not going to like it but has to be said is that you’re too stressed? Okay, girl, you’re too stressed.

And the reason why your stress is because you got a lot going on.

I know that and I don’t want you to think that there’s nothing you could do about your stress because that’s far from the truth.

You can you have to make it a priority.

Okay, you have to put it yourself first when it comes to that if you know That you can get very stressed.

Like I’m the type of person that I know I can get very anxious and how to make sure that I handle that and that I find my daily routine one of the main things that cause me to break out that first time and lot of cystic chin acne was because I was going through a bad breakup and I was depressed and it really caused a lot of stress in my life.

I could always think about a moment in my life where I was so stressed and I think about my skin and I know that Is because of the stress so think about that moment in your life.

Maybe it’s right now where you’re really stressed out.

I bet you your skin is reacting. So that’s why you have to find ways to manage it once and for all.
